2027 WOMEN’S EXECUTIVE RETREATS
You are exceptionally good at holding it all. For a few extraordinary days, you don’t have to.
A deeply curated retreat for accomplished women ready to step away from the demands of leadership, reconnect with themselves, and form the rare kind of relationships that change what becomes possible long after the retreat ends.
“Make the time. Make the space.
It will give back a thousandfold.”
-Former President & COO, Mission-Driven Organization
A letter from Rachel
WHY THESE RETREATS EXIST
And when we return clearer, steadier, and more fully ourselves, everyone we lead, love, and serve feels the difference.
Over time, especially in rooms filled with accomplished women, I began to see how rare it is to enter a space where no one has to perform, prove, fix, or hold everything together.
I know what leadership looks like when fear is running the room because I spent years inside it.
I saw how it narrows vision, shapes decisions, and keeps leaders from seeing the people in front of them. And the impact never stops with one person. It moves through teams, organizations, families, and lives.
That experience changed the direction of my life.
More than a decade ago, I devoted my work to helping leaders understand what drives them beneath the surface, reconnect with what matters, and lead with greater clarity, courage, and choice.
Since then, I have had the privilege of working with hundreds of leaders across industries. I have seen that our strongest leadership does not come from pushing harder or adding one more strategy.
It comes when we step out of the noise long enough to hear ourselves again.
That is harder than it sounds.
Meetings, decisions, expectations, and the needs of everyone around us can consume the day. We keep moving, often guided by patterns that once helped us succeed but may now be quietly constraining who we can become next.
When we give ourselves the same depth of attention we so readily give to others, something opens. We see more clearly. We remember what matters. And we can choose a more aligned path forward, shaped not only by what we should do, but by how we truly want to lead and live.
A room where women can be brilliant and uncertain.
Powerful and tender.
Ambitious and tired.
Where they can speak honestly, laugh deeply, and be supported as generously as they support everyone else.
These retreats were born from women asking for more of that.
More time together. More depth. More space to step away from the daily demands of work and life and reconnect with themselves and one another.
What continues to astonish me is how quickly something real can happen when women show up with their whole selves.
In only a few days, roles and polished answers begin to fall away. Conversations deepen. Armor softens. Women who arrived as strangers begin to see, understand, and champion one another in ways that feel both rare and lasting.
For me, these retreats bring together everything I love most: creating space for honest transformation, bringing extraordinary women together, and making every woman feel deeply seen and cared for.
That care is woven into every detail, from the women invited into the room and the conversations we create to the meals, gifts, laughter, surprises, and small moments no agenda could ever capture.
My hope is not that you leave as someone different.
It is that you return more fully yourself. Clearer on what matters. More aligned with what comes next. And surrounded by remarkable women who will walk beside you long after the retreat ends.
I would be honored to welcome you.
Rachel
“The space to discover who we are in a room full of supportive, successful women is a gift that will stay with me forever.”
- Global Operations Executive, Major Global Financial Institution
We pay attention to what hooks us, what tightens, and what pulls us away from ourselves. Not to judge any of it, but to create a little more room. From there, we can decide what is ours, what is true, and how we want to respond.
THE SPIRIT OF THE ROOM
These are not rules or ideals to live up to. They are how we keep coming back to ourselves, one another, and what matters.
NOTICE WHAT IS HERE
What we bring into the room shapes what becomes possible within it.
01
We ask questions, explore, play, and let ourselves be surprised. Not every meaningful shift has to come through effort. Sometimes it begins with wonder, delight, laughter, or seeing something in a completely different way.
STAY CURIOUS
02
We question the stories that tell us there is not enough, that the path is already set, or that we have to keep doing things the way we always have. We make room for possibility, expansion, and more of who we are ready to become.
OPEN TO MORE
03
We come willing to be real. To speak honestly, listen deeply, and let ourselves be seen without having to perform or have it all figured out. This is where real connection begins.
LET YOURSELF BE KNOWN
04
Generosity is meant to be felt here. In the way women champion one another. In the thoughtful gifts and surprises. In the people outside the room who want to contribute to the experience. We give freely, receive without apology, and celebrate one another without comparison.
GIVE GENEROUSLY. RECEIVE FULLY.
05
We slow down enough to hear what matters and make choices that bring us back into integrity with ourselves. Rest, self-respect, love, and reverence belong here. So does honoring who we are, what we value, and what we are here for.
HONOR WHAT IS TRUE
06
“A transformational, safe, deeply supportive experience with executive women.
I wasn’t the outlier. I was the norm.”
-Global Operations & Customer Experience Executive
WHAT MAKES THE EXPERIENCE DIFFERENT
The work does not stop when the session ends.
Some insights begin in a guided conversation. Others arrive later, over dinner, during a quiet pause, or when another woman sees something in you that you have not yet been able to see for yourself.
Neuroscience helps us understand the patterns shaping how we lead and live. Transformational coaching and honest conversation help us see where different choices are possible. Mindfulness and restorative practices create enough space to hear what the pace of daily life can drown out.
And then there are the moments no one could ever fully plan.
The conversation that continues long after dinner. The laughter that breaks something open. The woman beside you who understands without needing the whole backstory.
The moment you hear yourself say something you did not know you knew.
The sessions matter. So do the meals, the pauses, the beauty, the generosity, and everything that happens in between. None of it is accidental. Each part offers another way for something meaningful to take root.
So the insight does not stay in the room.
You begin to feel it in your body, see it in your choices, and carry it into the way you lead and live.
“The openness and joy.
The quick trust and vulnerability.
These are lasting relationships.”
-Senior Global Technology Executive
THE RHYTHM OF OUR TIME TOGETHER
Different destinations. Different lengths. The same intentional arc.
Some retreats unfold over three days, others over four. Each is a complete experience, thoughtfully designed for the time we have together, with its own pace, setting, and surprises.
-
The first day is spacious on purpose.
There is time to settle into your room, take in the resort, and, for those who arrive early, perhaps begin with a massage or a little quiet time of your own.
We gather over welcome cocktails and a beautiful dinner, then move into a welcome ceremony that takes us beyond the usual introductions.
The first night is not simply time to check in. It is where the retreat begins. -
Our full retreat days begin with movement, usually yoga or Pilates, followed by guided meditation.
Meditation is part of the work because so much of how we lead and live begins with the mind. We practice noticing where our attention goes, what pulls us out of ourselves, and what changes when we create a little more space between what happens and how we respond.
Some women have practiced for years. Others arrive convinced they cannot meditate at all. The sessions are accessible, practical, and often become one of the parts of the retreat they least expected to love.
After breakfast, we move into a deep-dive workshop, looking honestly at what has shaped us, what has served us, what may no longer fit, and what we want to be more intentional about from here.
We make room for questions we rarely have enough time to sit with: How do I actually want to spend my time? What do I want the next chapter to look like? What am I ready to do differently?
-
After the morning’s deeper work, we give it room to continue.
There is time to enjoy where we are, connect with one another, continue a conversation from the morning, spend time outside or in the resort’s restorative spaces, or disappear for a while and have absolutely no one need anything from you.
On our four-day retreats, we have another full day to go further. That means more facilitated workshop time and conversation, dedicated time for personal reflection, time in nature, and more opportunity to connect what we are uncovering to the way we actually want to lead and live.
How that unfolds will reflect where we are. It might mean a hike, healing waters, a long walk, time alone outside, or another experience that allows us to engage with the setting rather than simply be surrounded by it.
Some things become clear in the workshop. Others need time, quiet, movement, or another conversation before they fully click.
That space is not extra. It is part of why we are there.
-
Our final morning begins with meditation and breakfast before we come together for one final workshop and deeper conversation.
We take time to bring together what has become clear over the retreat: what matters most, what we want to be more intentional about, and what we want to carry with us when we return home.
Then we close together in ceremony, making space for what each woman is taking with her and for the relationships that have formed along the way.
And there is no need to rush out the door. Those who can stay a little longer are invited to join us for lunch, and on some retreats there is the option to add another night and day simply to integrate, rest, explore, dream, plan, or just be before heading home.
Many women have come to love that extra space.
We leave clearer on what matters, what we want to do with it, and with women who know enough of the real story to keep the conversation going long after we leave,
WHO THIS IS FOR
You have accomplished a great deal, and you are still curious about what else may be possible.
You may be in a transition, an expansion, or simply at a point where the way you have been leading or living deserves a closer look.
You want conversations that go somewhere, with women who are accomplished, thoughtful, and deeply human.
You are willing to look honestly at your own patterns, stay curious when something challenges you, and let yourself be supported as generously as you support others.
You value depth and laughter. Beauty and substance. Time alone and real connection. You want relationships that continue long after everyone returns home.
You do not need to be at a breaking point or arrive with a perfectly articulated goal.
You only need to be willing to step away from the noise, show up honestly, and see what becomes clear.
The women in this room are not all in the same season, industry, or role.
What they share is curiosity, generosity, and a willingness to be real.
“From beginning to end, the retreat was masterfully curated to amplify and connect each moment. If you desire moments of depth with strong, capable women who can challenge your ideas and foster genuine community, you’ve found your place. The speed of trust and vulnerability Rachel and the group created was incredible.

THE 2027 RETREATS
Applications for 2027 are open.
January is confirmed and now accepting applications. We are also planning a Fall retreat and considering adding a Spring date.
If January is not the right timing, you can still apply now and let us know what would work as the rest of the year takes shape.
NOW OPEN
JANUARY 21–24, 2027
A New Year Retreat
Four days and three nights at a restorative wellness resort
Retreat investment: $4,800
Optional extension through Monday, January 25: $850
Before the year fills up, make space to decide how you actually want to spend it.
This retreat is a chance to step out of the noise and look at what matters now: the values you want to lead from, where you want your time and energy to go, what you are ready to do differently, what you want the year ahead to be about.
Through meditation, movement, deep-dive workshops, our Life Compass process, time in nature, restorative experiences, and the conversations that happen in between, we will create the space to think differently, see more clearly, and make real choices about the year ahead.
We will close by mapping the year ahead and identifying your Misogi, the experience, challenge, or pursuit you want to be able to look back on and say, that was one of the things that made 2027 matter.
Applying does not require payment or commit you to attend.
LOOKING AHEAD
