2027 WOMEN’S EXECUTIVE RETREATS
You are exceptionally good at holding it all. For a few extraordinary days, you don’t have to.
A deeply curated retreat for accomplished women ready to step away from the demands of leadership, reconnect with themselves, and form the rare kind of relationships that change what becomes possible long after the retreat ends.
“Make the time. Make the space.
It will give back a thousandfold.”
Michelle Smith, Former President & COO, Mission-Driven Organization
A letter from Rachel
WHY THESE RETREATS EXIST
And when we return clearer, steadier, and more fully ourselves, everyone we lead, love, and serve feels the difference.
Over time, especially in rooms filled with accomplished women, I began to see how rare it is to enter a space where no one has to perform, prove, fix, or hold everything together.
I know what leadership looks like when fear is running the room because I spent years inside it.
I saw how it narrows vision, shapes decisions, and keeps leaders from seeing the people in front of them. And the impact never stops with one person. It moves through teams, organizations, families, and lives.
That experience changed the direction of my life.
More than a decade ago, I devoted my work to helping leaders understand what drives them beneath the surface, reconnect with what matters, and lead with greater clarity, courage, and choice.
Since then, I have had the privilege of working with hundreds of leaders across industries. I have seen that our strongest leadership does not come from pushing harder or adding one more strategy.
It comes when we step out of the noise long enough to hear ourselves again.
That is harder than it sounds.
Meetings, decisions, expectations, and the needs of everyone around us can consume the day. We keep moving, often guided by patterns that once helped us succeed but may now be quietly constraining who we can become next.
When we give ourselves the same depth of attention we so readily give to others, something opens. We see more clearly. We remember what matters. And we can choose a more aligned path forward, shaped not only by what we should do, but by how we truly want to lead and live.
A room where women can be brilliant and uncertain.
Powerful and tender.
Ambitious and tired.
Where they can speak honestly, laugh deeply, and be supported as generously as they support everyone else.
These retreats were born from women asking for more of that.
More time together. More depth. More space to step away from the daily demands of work and life and reconnect with themselves and one another.
What continues to astonish me is how quickly something real can happen when women show up with their whole selves.
In only a few days, roles and polished answers begin to fall away. Conversations deepen. Armor softens. Women who arrived as strangers begin to see, understand, and champion one another in ways that feel both rare and lasting.
For me, these retreats bring together everything I love most: creating space for honest transformation, bringing extraordinary women together, and making every woman feel deeply seen and cared for.
That care is woven into every detail, from the women invited into the room and the conversations we create to the meals, gifts, laughter, surprises, and small moments no agenda could ever capture.
My hope is not that you leave as someone different.
It is that you return more fully yourself. Clearer on what matters. More aligned with what comes next. And surrounded by remarkable women who will walk beside you long after the retreat ends.
I would be honored to welcome you.
Rachel
“The space to discover who we are in a room full of supportive, successful women is a gift that will stay with me forever.”
Ari Fuller, Global Operations Executive, Major Global Financial Institution
We pay attention to what hooks us, what tightens, and what pulls us away from ourselves. Not to judge any of it, but to create a little more room. From there, we can decide what is ours, what is true, and how we want to respond.
THE SPIRIT OF THE ROOM
These are not rules or ideals to live up to. They are how we keep coming back to ourselves, one another, and what matters.
NOTICE WHAT IS HERE
What we bring into the room shapes what becomes possible within it.
01
We ask questions, explore, play, and let ourselves be surprised. Not every meaningful shift has to come through effort. Sometimes it begins with wonder, delight, laughter, or seeing something in a completely different way.
STAY CURIOUS
02
We question the stories that tell us there is not enough, that the path is already set, or that we have to keep doing things the way we always have. We make room for possibility, expansion, and more of who we are ready to become.
OPEN TO MORE
03
We come willing to be real. To speak honestly, listen deeply, and let ourselves be seen without having to perform or have it all figured out. This is where real connection begins.
LET YOURSELF BE KNOWN
04
Generosity is meant to be felt here. In the way women champion one another. In the thoughtful gifts and surprises. In the people outside the room who want to contribute to the experience. We give freely, receive without apology, and celebrate one another without comparison.
GIVE GENEROUSLY. RECEIVE FULLY.
05
We slow down enough to hear what matters and make choices that bring us back into integrity with ourselves. Rest, self-respect, love, and reverence belong here. So does honoring who we are, what we value, and what we are here for.
HONOR WHAT IS TRUE
06
“A transformational, safe, deeply supportive experience with executive women.
I wasn’t the outlier. I was the norm.”
Elizabeth Dominicci, Global Operations & Customer Experience Executive
WHAT MAKES THE EXPERIENCE DIFFERENT
The work does not stop when the session ends.
Some insights begin in a guided conversation. Others arrive later, over dinner, during a quiet pause, or when another woman sees something in you that you have not yet been able to see for yourself.
Neuroscience helps us understand the patterns shaping how we lead and live. Transformational coaching and honest conversation help us see where different choices are possible. Mindfulness and restorative practices create enough space to hear what the pace of daily life can drown out.
And then there are the moments no one could ever fully plan.
The conversation that continues long after dinner. The laughter that breaks something open. The woman beside you who understands without needing the whole backstory.
The moment you hear yourself say something you did not know you knew.
The sessions matter. So do the meals, the pauses, the beauty, the generosity, and everything that happens in between. None of it is accidental. Each part offers another way for something meaningful to take root.
So the insight does not stay in the room.
You begin to feel it in your body, see it in your choices, and carry it into the way you lead and live.
“The openness and joy.
The quick trust and vulnerability.
These are lasting relationships.”
Lily Ladd, Senior Global Technology Executive
THE RHYTHM OF OUR TIME TOGETHER
Different destinations. Different lengths. The same intentional arc.
Some retreats unfold over three days, others over four. Each is a complete experience, thoughtfully designed for the time we have together, with its own pace, setting, and surprises.
-
The first day is spacious on purpose.
There is time to settle into your room, take in the resort, and, for those who arrive early, perhaps begin with a massage or a little quiet time of your own.
We gather over welcome cocktails and a beautiful dinner, then move into a welcome ceremony that takes us beyond the usual introductions.
The first night is not simply time to check in. It is where the retreat begins. -
We move beyond the updates and polished answers into the conversations and questions that rarely receive enough room. You begin to notice what has been taking up space, what may no longer fit, and what is ready for your attention now.
-
With distance from the daily demands of work and life, something opens. There is space to see differently, imagine more freely, and reconnect with the parts of you that can become difficult to hear inside the noise.
The work continues in the sessions, over meals, through laughter, in moments of quiet, and in the unexpected connections that become part of the retreat. -
You return with more than memories from a beautiful few days. You leave with greater clarity, a stronger sense of what you want to carry forward, and women beside you who now understand something real about who you are and what matters to you.
WHO THIS IS FOR
You have accomplished a great deal, and you are still curious about what else may be possible.
You may be carrying a question, a transition, an expansion, or simply a sense that something in the way you lead or live deserves your attention.
You want conversations that move beyond updates and polished answers, with women who are both extraordinary and deeply human.
You are willing to look honestly at your own patterns, stay curious, and let yourself be supported as generously as you support others.
You value depth and laughter. Beauty and substance. Time alone and meaningful connection. You want relationships that continue long after everyone returns home.
You do not need to be at a breaking point or arrive with a perfectly articulated goal.
Only a willingness to step away from the noise, show up honestly, and see what becomes clear.
The women in this room are not all in the same season, industry, or role.
What they share is curiosity, generosity, and a willingness to be real.
“From beginning to end, the retreat was masterfully curated to amplify and connect each moment. If you desire moments of depth with strong, capable women who can challenge your ideas and foster genuine community, you’ve found your place. The speed of trust and vulnerability Rachel and the group created was incredible.
Angela Brandt, Chief Administrative Officer, Leading Healthcare System
